Process

four stages from brief to launch

  1. 011 day

    Brief

    We clarify the project's goals, audience, required features and material readiness. Following the written brief, we prepare an estimate and record the agreed price, timeline and scope in the contract.

  2. 022–4 days

    Prototype

    We plan the structure and create a clickable page prototype. You review the website's logic and comment on the design file. The structure is agreed before visual design begins; prototype revisions are included.

  3. 031–3 weeks

    Design and development

    We design and build the pages. Every 2–3 days, we share a link to the latest version for desktop and mobile review. Agreed feedback is incorporated into the next version.

  4. 042 days

    Launch and handover

    We launch the website on your domain, connect analytics and hand over the source files and credentials. Minor adjustments within the completed scope are included for 30 days after launch at no extra charge.

Commitments

what the contract covers

The contract records the price, timeline, handover of materials and credentials, and post-launch support terms.

Request an estimate

Estimate

We agree the price, timeline and scope in the contract before development. If we underestimate the agreed work, we complete it without increasing the price.

Files

We hand over the source code, design files and project materials. You can host and develop the website yourself or with another contractor. No studio subscription is required.

Access

The domain, hosting and analytics accounts are registered to the client. We hand over the access needed to manage the website and work with any contractor.

After launch

Minor adjustments within the completed scope are included for 30 days at no extra charge. We respond to enquiries on the day they arrive. New features are estimated separately.
