Independent stores for marketplace sellers
If you already sell on a marketplace, your own website can present the brand, showcase the range and accept direct orders. We start with your products and processes: which data can be used, how the catalogue will update and who will handle website orders.

Experience with an active Ozon seller
The P-Line store includes an oak products catalogue, search, cart, made-to-measure ordering and an admin dashboard, with integrations for Ozon, CDEK and YooKassa. We draw on this experience when designing stores with similar needs. Features and integrations are agreed separately for each project.

Select a data type. Before development, we define the source, direction of exchange and staff responsibilities.
One clear catalogue source
We review photos, descriptions, specifications and product codes, then establish which data can be transferred to the website.
Define the update rules
We establish where prices change and how they reach the store. The direction and frequency of updates are part of the agreed scope.
Agree how availability is managed
We review the stock source and update frequency so the store reflects your business processes.
Define who handles new orders
Website orders need to reach the right member of staff. We agree the handling process, payment, delivery and required statuses.
An outline for discussing integrations. Data exchange capabilities are checked separately for each platform.

When an independent store makes sense
A website is useful when customers need more brand information, custom product options, a full range or special ordering terms. It can receive visitors from advertising, publications and the company's own channels.
Attracting visitors, processing orders and supporting customers require separate work. Before development, decide where the first customers will come from and who will own this channel. A website's existence alone does not create demand.
Preparing data and stock synchronisation
For an initial estimate, send a storefront link, an approximate product count and a description of where prices and stock are currently managed. We clarify variants, product codes and available exports. Passwords and API keys are not needed in the first message.
If synchronisation is required, we first establish the main data source, exchange direction and error-handling rules. A platform connection is confirmed only after checking its interfaces and access permissions. Each marketplace integration is assessed separately.
What we agree before development
The estimate separates the store itself, catalogue preparation and migration, and additional integrations and features. We discuss staff workflows separately: where orders appear, how they are processed and which data staff can edit independently.
The domain, hosting, payment service fees and promotion are budgeted separately from development. After launch, we hand over source files and access credentials. Minor adjustments within the completed scope are included for 30 days at no extra charge.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to leave the marketplace?
No. You can develop an independent store alongside it. Before development, we define its role: presenting the brand, selling a special range, accepting custom orders or serving customers from your own channels.
Can we import our existing marketplace product listings?
First, we check which data can be exported and whether the photos and descriptions may be used on your own website. We then choose between spreadsheet migration and an available interface. Automated transfer is confirmed after reviewing the data.
Do you have experience with Ozon integration?
Yes. The P-Line online store includes an Ozon integration. For each new store, we separately check the required data, access and exchange rules, since two sellers may have different requirements.
Can you connect our marketplace?
Our published P-Line case documents an Ozon integration for its original market. Other marketplaces require a separate feasibility check of their APIs, account permissions and data. We confirm the scope and cost before promising an integration.
Will prices and stock be identical across all platforms?
That depends on the agreed exchange rules and the source systems' capabilities. Before development, we define where the current value is stored, how changes flow and how delays or errors are handled. Building a website does not provide synchronisation by itself.
What should I send for a quote?
A storefront link, approximate product count, variant details and information about where stock is managed. Include your preferred payment and delivery methods and the website's purpose. After clarifying the details, we'll provide a written estimate and timeline.
