1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy sets out how the following data controller processes the personal data of users of https://shvetsov.studio/: Anton Dmitrievich Shvetsov, Individual Entrepreneur, individual entrepreneur registration number (OGRNIP) 326619600042029, taxpayer identification number (INN) 616129977124.
1.2. The website has no data collection forms. The Controller receives personal data only when users contact us themselves by email, Telegram or MAX. With the user's consent, the website also uses web analytics; see section 3.
1.3. Using the website constitutes agreement with this Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not use the website.
2. Data we process
2.1. Information users provide when contacting us:
- name and contact details: email address or Telegram or MAX username;
- correspondence: project descriptions, deadlines, preferences, links and attachments.
2.2. When the website is accessed, the server automatically records the IP address, request date and time, requested page address and browser information (User-Agent) in a technical log.
2.3. For data collected automatically with consent to analytics cookies, see section 3.
2.4. Please do not send special categories of personal data, health information, biometric data or third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
3. Web analytics and cookies
3.1. The English website loads Yandex Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru only after you accept optional analytics. Until then, neither analytics script is loaded and no analytics page views or campaign tags are sent. Choosing necessary cookies only leaves analytics disabled.
3.2. These services collect the IP address, device and browser information, referral source, pages viewed, and the time and duration of visits.
3.3. Yandex Metrica also supports session recording, including cursor movements, clicks, scrolling and interactions with interface elements. These data show how visitors navigate the website and are used solely to improve it. The Controller does not use them to identify individuals.
3.4. Storage on the website falls into two categories:
- technical local storage, used to remember the user's analytics preference without requiring separate consent;
- Optional analytics cookies from Yandex Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru are set only after you accept analytics. Session recording also requires this choice.
3.5. The user's analytics cookie preference is saved in their browser. To change it, delete the website's data in the browser settings; the banner will appear on the next visit. Users may also withdraw consent by contacting hello@shvetsov.studio.
4. Purposes and legal bases

5. Recipients and processors
5.1. Data are shared only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes:
- AEZA GROUP LLC (Aéza) : website hosting;
- Yandex LLC: email (Yandex 360) and analytics (Yandex Metrica). Session recording in Metrica is enabled after consent;
- Top.Mail.Ru: web analytics, subject to user consent.
5.2. The Controller does not sell personal data or share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
5.3. The website is hosted on servers provided by AEZA GROUP LLC (Aéza), located outside the Russian Federation. Messages sent by users go directly to the email service or messenger and are not stored on the website's servers. The technical logs described in section 2.2 are kept on the web server for up to 14 days to support security and reliable operation.
6. Security measures
The Controller takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, modification, copying and disclosure. Only the Controller has access to correspondence and contact details. Data transferred between the user and the website are protected by HTTPS.
7. Retention periods
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, enter into and perform a contract, and protect the parties' rights, and is then deleted. Technical website logs are kept for up to 14 days. Analytics data are retained for the periods set by Yandex Metrica and Top.Mail.Ru.
8. User rights
8.1. Users have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
- request correction, restriction or deletion of their data;
- withdraw consent to data processing, including analytics cookies;
- lodge a complaint about the Controller's actions with the competent personal data protection authority.
8.2. Requests may be sent to hello@shvetsov.studio and will be considered within the period prescribed by law.
9. Changes to this Policy
9.1. The Controller may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at https://shvetsov.studio/privacy.
